• RRLH wanted fee for use of Trademark!

• GRF/PCM Changed Name from LW to LWV!

• RRLH took GRF/PCM to Court!

• Court Ruled on case!

2). Get written permission to display it.

Letter to all gate guard employees dated May 11, 2007 stated that any “Guard” caught talking to any “reporter” about the “Globe” would be disciplined and fined.

What could a “Guard” tell a reporter about the “Globe.”

• United Mutual eliminated Earthquake Insurance a couple of years ago.

– Felt that their General Fund would cover costs

• Third Mutual eliminated Earthquake Insurance a couple of weeks ago.

• Expense Accounts also need “Auditing.”

• Employee “rewards/incentives” need oversight.

What Doesn’t the Committee Understand?

• 12/01/06 Credit Card Charge of $1,316.00 for “Sees Candies.”

• 11/30/06 Expense Reimbursement of $1,189.65 for “Sees Candies.”

• 4/12/06 Travel Expense Reimbursement of $40.05 for “Clippers Basketball Game.”
