  • RESIDENCY DATA REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS IN INFOPORTE

    1) Log in to InfoPorte via ConnectCarolina

    2) Select the Student reporting icon (screenshot)

    3) Choose the Term Enrollment report tab (screenshot)

  • 4) Enter appropriate search criteria (Term, Major Academic Plan, Student Enroll Status, etc. – additional options available if you choose the Advanced drop-down) and click Search (screenshot)

    5) After defining the population, navigate to the Export Fields, expand Academics, and choose the final option

    for NC Residency (screenshot)

  • 6) Export to Excel or PDF by clicking the appropriate icon, which should download your data (screenshot)

    7) If you plan to run the same report frequently, you can bookmark/save your criteria so that you don’t have to recreate your report – click the bookmark option, (re)name your report, and click Add. To retrieve a bookmarked report, navigate to the bookmark icon when you first go to the Student Reporting page and you can quickly run your report (screenshot)
