Select how you would like to receive your secure access code, and then click Submit. 4. Your secure access code should be received within seconds. Simply retrieve your code and enter it in. 5. The last step will be to create and confirm your new password. Your password must meet all the requirements listed on the right. Once you submit your new password, a window will pop-up confirming that you would like to change your password. Just click OK.
6. Once complete, you will be directed to your Account Overview page, and you will have full access to e-Branch.
