Reset CLO2 Activation FOR OPTIMAL ClO₂ TREATMENT RESULTS - USE BOTH THE LIQUID & VAPOR PROTOCOLS* STEP 1: Liquid Protocol STEP 2: Vapor Protocol ClO₂ Vapor Activation: ClO₂ Liquid Activation: Simply add Reset TABLETS to water and any universal sized container to generate your desired concentration. The product works as it dries, so surfaces and atmosphere's only need to be lightly wetted for ClO₂ to be effective. 1) Preparation: Always clean off any visible dirt & organic matter before treating the desired surface or material. 2) Liquid Product Activation: Fill desired & corresponding opaque container with tap water. Drop the appropriate RESET Tablet into the water to generate your desired concentration. Dilute or strengthen solution to 500ppm (H), 100ppm (M) level or other, per product instructions. Put cap on container. Wait 10 minutes for the product to mix and generate properly. 3) Liquid Application Treatment: Apply directly to the atmosphere, surfaces, clothing, uniforms, furniture, upholstery & materials requiring treatment. Use on targeted porous & non porous surfaces with a mop, sponge, pump sprayer or non-thermal fogger. DO NOT WIPE. LET DRY. DO NOT RINSE. Note: We recommend using RESET (H) Level liquid solution when using foggers as nearly 50% concentration potency is lost with mechanical friction. Always test material compatibility with (H) Level CLO2. Never purposefully inhale the chlorine dioxide chemical. Wear personal protection equipment per MSDS. MATERIALS: RESET CLO2 application usage solutions are known to be safe on tile, marble, stone, steel, plastics, rubber, vinyl, fabrics and wood. Always test the product in a small non visible section to ensure that there are no unintended consequences due to the particulars of your environment or material. WARNING: CLO2 Remedies & Reset are not to be held responsible for any damage to materials caused by this product. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by DISPOSAL or storage. STORAGE: ClO₂ must be generated and stored in capped containers. Store Reset CLO₂ solutions away from direct sun light, in a cool dry place. The solution will maintain full strength for up to 4-12 weeks in these ideal storage conditions. Once (M) & (H) solution is clear, it is not active & must be replaced. Verify with ClO₂Test Strips. 1) Preparation: Create &/or seal treatment area so that it is a ‘confined space’ without direct sunlight. i.e. close windows/doors/shades etc. Determine size of space to be treated & severity of issues. Odor types and environments vary significantly & must be evaluated on a case by case basis. Select proper Reset product size for intended usage. Remove all visible odor sources. Then remove people, plants & pets from the ‘confined space’ during treatment period. Furniture and general room contents will not be harmed by vapor treatment. Place Reset CLO2 and its container in center of space or If possible, next to the HVAC return with the system fan ‘on’ for the entire vapor treatment period. Use Mold Removal Level to remove difficult mold type issues or when deep cleaning a locker room full of equipment & uniforms or furniture & clothing in a home. Use Deodorization Level to reset any environment from wide-spectrum pungent & resistant odors. 2) Vapor Product Activation: add Tablets & Paks to tap water Black 500g Pak: in 5 gallon bucket, mix Part A in 1 gallon of cold tap water for 10-30 seconds. In a separate 5 gallon bucket, mix Part B in 1 gallon of cold tap water for 10-30 seconds. Then pour the Part B mix into the Part A container/mix to activate the ClO₂ vapor; Purple 200g Pak: use a 5 gallon bucket add 1/2 gallon of cold tap water and then add the Reset Tablets; Red 20g Tablets: use a 16 oz disposable plastic cup with 4 oz of tap water. OR Combine 20g Tablets to the desired ClO₂ GRAM requirement. i.e. (25) 20g’s = 500 grams and use the corresponding Reset Black Pak activation protocol. Do the same for the 200 gram Purple Pak. Let the ClO₂ Tablets & Paks generate for 5 minutes. Tablets & Paks will pop/crackle/fizz. Vapor will then begin to disperse. If there is to much foam buildup, add cold water to break it up. Note: Vapor concentrate will stain if spilled. Warning: Never put your nose directly over the vapor-container while handling. Always wear appropriate NIOSH respirator, goggles & gloves as advised on the MSDS & First Aid section of this label. Aeration: use a small aerator to agitate the concentrate for best results when using the Red, Purple & Black products. If not, periodically agitate the concentrate manually to help release the vapor from the concentrate. 3) Vapor Application Treatment: Vapor 1 hour minimum if using aerator. 3 hours minimum without aerator. More Time = Better Results w/o aerator. Use multiple Tablets/Paks, buckets & cups for fragmented spaces. 4) Always air-out the ‘confined space’ before re-entering & re-occupying. If you smell a ‘chlorine’ smell, continue to air-out space. 5) Safely dispose the remaining CLO₂ down toilet/drain. 1) Preparation: Determine correct Reset Tablet size required for your Tank & Line system. 2) Drain the Tank & Line system to be treated. 3) Refill System w/ 20% of total tank volume with water. 4) Generate a liquid ClO₂ concentrate in a container and add it to the system. 5) 30 minutes later, flush & quick rinse the system. Leave ClO₂ in tank system overnight for aggressive & remedial issues. Longer Treatment Period = Better Results. * Step 1 generally not required if using Mold Removal Level Total Tank Capacity Reset Product Size 5 - 10 Gallon 1 Green Tablet 55 Gallon 1 Red Tablet 110 Gallon 2 Red Tablets 250 Gallon 1 Purple Pak 500 Gallon 2 Purple Paks resetchlorinedioxide.com ClO₂ Tank & Line Activation:
