How did I become Interested in the accounting profession?

• My young and successful cousin, Brittney

• The Director of United Way Organization.• She is highly accredited with her Masters Degree from WVU & is

also CPA Certified. • Currently building her own house at age 27 & expecting a baby

very soon

The Definition of accounting is as follows:“The system of recording and summarizing business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying, and reporting the results; also :  the principles and procedures of accounting (Merriam Webster).”In Other words, an accountants job is to keep or inspect financial records.

• Bachelors Degree• Take the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam
