Our Solar Tracking System

Here we are showing second type of, Sun tracker (horizontal axis) with dual axis tracking and one sided mirror enhancer.

Advantages Of Our Sun Tracking System Over Existing Tracking Solution

• Horizontal axis, open loop sun tracking system • Safe against wind load due to less height• No sensors used hence more reliable• One mover can move more than one connected arrays of PV• Negligible consumption of electricity for movement• Easy to maintain and repair• We only increase sunlight up to the level of Equator condition • If mirror used it will not reduce the life of panel due to moderate

sunlight enhancement • Since enhancement is moderate, it requires no cooling and the

panels remain unaffected by additional sunlight. The variation in output is also moderate and the system can be relied upon through out the year.

Heliostat (Automatic And Manual)

• Heliostat is a device that tracks the movement of the sun. The device typically utilizes a mirror, which can be oriented throughout the day to redirect sunlight along a fixed axis toward A stationary target or receiver.

• This is the way of one hundred percent use of solar energy and Controlled admission of natural light into room/hall, to reduce or eliminate electric lighting during day. Day lighting helps to create a visually stimulating and productive environment for building occupants, while reducing as much as one third of total building energy costs. It can be a boon for poor who are either deprived of electricity or can’t afford it.

Solar cooker or concentrator :-

(Commercial production is yet to take off)

• Existing solutions have limitation of their ability to reflect light along the polar axis only, which not only reduces their efficiency but limits its applicability.

• Our sun-tracking cookers do not need any adjustment and can concentrate sunlight as per the user convenience once installed and fine-tuned.

• This machine is available at just rs. 10000/- in manual model – which has to be adjusted every 30-45 minutes manually

• Each solar cooker, if used for 5-6 hours for community cooking, like in villages or in hotels, replaces about 1200 kg of coal annually. If used in villages, it also saves 10 women from the horrible pursuit of fuel in the jungles for at least 10-12 days every month.
