• Aim: strengthen ties between four parties: MoST, NWO, the NL branch of a company, and the CN branch of a company

• Platform for a Sino-Dutch Partnership in Research and Innovation:

1. Brings together academic and industrial parties and identify common goals;

2. Define and select Joint Research Projects of mutual interest; 3. Perform excellent research within these projects.
