Request List Guide

To guide user to search and view any technical solution or project

requests in myExperts

User will be able to view the request details and status in myExperts


Login to myExperts Page

1. Open an Internet browser and access the URL “https://myexperts.petronas.com”.

2. Select user Domain from the drop-down menu.

3. Key in user PETRONAS email ID and password.

4. Select ‘LOGIN’.

Request List

myExperts users are now able to view all technical solutions/project requests from the Request

List tab

At myExperts homepage:

1. Select ‘Request List’ at the top of myExperts page.

Request List PageUser will be directed to the Request List page


Request List Page1. The list of all technical solution and project requests will be displayed on the page

Request List : Legend

1. The legend represents the status of potential overdue request based on the expected close out

date and the request status based on the last updated date

Search Request

1. User may search for a specific request by typing in the Request Title field.

2. Click ‘Search’ button

Request List3. The specific request list will be displayed on the page

4. Click ‘Reset’ button to reset the search/filter criteria

Export Request List to Excel

1. To export the request list to Excel, click ‘Export Excel’ button

Filter Request by Discipline Head/Technical Manager/Action Party/Requestor

1. Click on the icon from the search box to search and select the Discipline Head/Technical

Manager/Action Party or Requestor

2. Click ‘Search’ button view the request list based on the names selected.

Filter Request by OPU

1. Click on the icon to search and select the OPU

2. Click ‘Search’ to search for the request from the selected OPU

Click ‘Reset’ button to reset the search/filter criteria


Filter Request by Request Date and Expected ClosedDate

1. User to select the Request Date or Expected Closed Date from the calendar icon

2. Click ‘Search’ button view the request list based on the dates selected

Filter Request by Request Status

1. User to select the Request Status from the drop down menu

2. Click ‘Search’ to search for the request based on selected request status

Filter Request by Last Updated Date Status and Expected Closed Out Date

1. User may also filter the request by the Last Updated Date Status and Expected Closed Out Date

2. Click ‘Search’ to search for the request based on last updated date and expected closed out date

Request Description

The request list will be displayed on the page based on the filtered criteria;

1. Click ‘More’ to view the request description

1. Click on the ‘Request Title’ to view the request details

Request Details

2. User will be directed to the Solution Request page to view the details of the request

Send Email to Action PartyTo send email to the Action Party:

1. Click on the ‘Action Party’ name

Send Email to Action Party

User will be directed to the outlook email page to send out the email to the Action Party

2. The subject of the email will be the Request Title of the Technical Solution/ Project
