Provides comprehensive outsourced HR services from temporary staffing to staff development. Training for our temporary staff is included in our markup but may be extended to district staff at a per user fee.

Appleton's employees are paid at the hourly pay rate included in the proposal. The district is billed for all time worked for each position's bill rate. All costs are included in our markup (45%).
