Context • In many respects 2012-13 was a good year

– Best student satisfaction results ever – Best employability figures ever – Best student enrolment numbers ever (Sept 2013) – Best research income results ever

• All of this despite working flat-out towards the REF

BUT ... • Just when we might have been tempted to relax a
