ANNEX ANNEX 1 — NEGATIVE OBSERVATIONS

The cartons were stacked too high, more than 6 feet / 1.8 meter high. The cartons were placed on the ground directly in warehouse. Glasses of window were broken in the warehouse. Some water was found on the floor in warehouse, but no wet carton was found. The workers did not pay extra attention during handling or re-packing. Inspection room was too small for a smooth inspection. The factory could not provide gloves to inspector when necessary during the inspection.
