The first step is the placement of titaniumimplants to replace lost teeth.These implants will remaincovered underneath the gumfor approximately 3-6 months.During this time, the implantsshould fuse to the bone.

The second step of the procedure involves uncoveringthe implants and attachinga post to each implant. Thiscompletes the foundation onwhich your teeth will beplaced. In some instances,your surgeon may decide toplace the posts at the timeof surgery.
