In the last few years, many organizations have adopted the concept of PMO (Project

Management Office) as part of their strategic development. It is considered that PMO can

add values to their business, operations, and certainly to the improvement of their project

deliveries. We have witnessed many professionals started to learn how to establish the

PMO function/unit within their organizations.

Project Management Institute through its standards has also underlined the importance of

such function to the organization strategic objectives, and encourages many project

managers to go further in taking PMO as part of their strategic project portfolio

management initiatives.

With this COPM with PMO workshop our facilitators will deliver 5 VLE sessions (@ 4 hours

per session) of Professional PM program followed by 4 VLE sessions of Impactful PMO

program. With this program the participants will be learn how to manage the project

properly and how then they can contribute in the development and the management of

their PMO functions.

PMOs are in demand now as many organizations start to formalize the function or

unit within their organizations. But not many project managers and team members

who have enough understanding and knowledge how to manage their project and

how to operate within the PMO framework.

DPM workshop offers both the knowledge and practices in managing project and

PMO unit/function. Participants will learn how they can positively improve their

project delivery as well as how to establish and to manage a proper PMO function.

Understand how a PMO can contribute to the achievement of organization’s

strategic objectives, in project, program, or portfolio level.

By exploring Project Management Institute’s latest edition of Guide to Project

Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), participants will learn the

common good practices in managing project and in various PMO settings.

• Understand the PMBOK® Guide standards and processes in managing project.

• 5 (Five) sessions of Professional Project Management program with waterfall approach

• 4 (Four) sessions of Impactful PMO program

Dcolearning-ATV develops its online learning program in response to the growing

demand of corporates and individuals who wish to continue their professional

development program through online learning format. Today’s global

development pushes us to be agile and adaptive in using technology to support,

complement, and enrich our conventional face-to-face program. And we are now

ready to this new normal.

Our team has developed a new approach where participants can complete our

existing flagship programs using numerous online learning platforms. This move

also ensured that the experience of this approach will have almost the same

impact and interactive-ness as our face-to-face classroom programs. We called it,

Virtual Learning Experience (VLE)

In this VLE programs participants can use the online learning platform (Zoom,

Google Hangouts, etc.) where our team will deliver all of our program activities

(training module, exercises, discussion, games, quizzes, etc.). They can join this

program while they are staying in their home, at their office, even at a café where

ever they feel comfortable.

Virtual Learning Experience (VLE)Dcolearning Online Program

In order to have fruitful sessions, to join this VLE program, participants need to

ensure and to have access to the following requirements:

• Uninterrupted internet access

• Laptop with good webcam & microphone

• Dedicated and uninterrupted environment

• Room/space with good lighting

Each of VLE session will last for 4 (four) hours with 15 minutes break after the first 2

hours. All participants are expected to actively participate as the program will

require many interactions between the facilitator and participants as well as

among all participants.
