She was most recently responsible for the management and service operations of the Allegheny County Family Court Facility (former Allegheny County Jail) located in Downtown Pittsburgh which, besides being listed as a national historic landmark, includes criminal holding cells, a museum, office space, judges’ chambers and courtrooms, sheriff’s duty room, sally port and deli. Rochelle has managed a retail strip mall, a call center for Liberty Mutual Insurance, the August Wilson Center for African-American Culture, as well as an 8-story residential facility for the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, both located in Pittsburgh’s CBD. She also worked on the Turnpike Distribution Center in New Galilee, Pennsylvania. Rochelle was an instrumental part of the team involved in the conversion of the former Alcoa headquarters into the Regional Enterprise Tower, a facility dedicated to assisting non-profit organizations in southwestern Pennsylvania. For over 5 years she was responsible for all aspects of a full-service conference center at the Tower, including scheduling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, catering, audio-visual and marketing in addition to being the initial point of contact for the non-profit organizations occupying the building.
