The default factory setting is:“Sourcing (jumper to -)”, which is appropriate for most situations in which a positive voltage is applied to an input toindicate an “ON” condition. This unit incorporates the diagnostic technologies to continuouslymeasure phased cylinder pressure. All data is accumulated over anhourly window, averaged and stored to non-volatile memory. Analysisof this data supplies information regarding the health of the machine.Advanced parameter calculations and data reduction activities enabletrending and smart alarms for machine diagnostic and predictivepurposes.

Communication is done through the serial port to the REMVue®–– 550000base controller. All data available to the REMVue®–– 550000 unit can bereported to a remote control center for data logging, trending andanalysis.

Enables compression optimization by measuring:phased, in-cylinder pressures for analysis of compressor cylinder health and performance;suction pressure, suction temperature and discharge temperature for calculations such asefficiencies, horsepower, throughput, rod load and rod reversal, etc.
