Fluoride Varnish is one way to keep your child’s teeth healthy. In addition, you should: Brush twice daily Use a fluoride toothpaste if the child is three years or older Visit your dentist regularly. The first visit should be when all 20 baby teeth are in or sooner if you have concerns.
