Charges

Loan FeeUpto 2% of the loan amount applied

Upto 3% of the loan amount applied

Pre Sanction - Rs. 10000 will be retained as administrative charges.Post Sanction - NIL.

Part prepayment / Foreclosure Charges*

Part prepayment Upto 25% of principal outstanding once a year at the beginning of calendar year. Nil.

Above 25% of principal amount outstanding at beginning of calendar year.

Foreclosure Charges - Home Loan/Top Up Loan

2% for Home loan & 4% for Top Up Loan.Nil in case the payment is done from own sources.

2% for Home Loan & 4% for Top Up loan of Principal amount outstanding.Nil in case the payment is done from own sources.

*Prepayment / Foreclosure is allowed only after completion of 12 months from the date of first disbursement of the loan. On customer request Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited at its sole discretion may allow foreclosure of the loan with in 12 months with charge of 2% (Home Loan)/4% (Top Up Loan) of principal outstanding amount or balance interest on loan for remaining period of 12 months whichever is higher.

Switch charges in Top Up/Home Loan (from one rate of interest scheme to another)

Swap Charges / EMI Cycle change

Re-scheduling of loan tenor, EMI, addition / deletion of co borrower(s) post disbursement either for Top Up or Home Loan
