Technology Solutions for Air, Water and Earth Resources

Reliable One is the parent of four technology-driven companies focused on processing water, air and earth. Collectively, these entities can help locate valuable, hidden resources, safely and
economically extract these resources, and meet emerging health and safety needs.
Employs nano-fiber technology to produce a 2,000-layer membrane filter with an average pore size of .0025 microns. This can be used to filter microbes and dissolved solids from water or virus and bacteria from the air.
Uses proprietary electro-seismic technology to create a 4-dimensional map of geologic deposits to a depth of 40,000ft. The system can be calibrated to locate hydrocarbons (oil & gas), water, or even minerals and precious metals.
Produces alcohol-free hand sanitizer and disinfectant products using stabilized, ozonated water as the active ingredient.
Use of Proceeds
Reliable is looking to raise a total of $25 million to fund all three operations. The bulk of this money will be used in fixed asset and inventory acquisition, as follows:
Equipment Purchase (includes freight) Qty CostElectroSpinning 63 235,000 14,805,000$ Fabric Slitters 1 123,000 123,000$ Lab Equipment 1 90,000 90,000

When the Covid-19 pandemic occurred--out of worldwide emergency demand--we found that our graphene-membrane technology proved far superior to any other products for air filtration. We then adapted this technology to the medical mask market and medical supplies industry under a wholly-owned subsidiary, Quantum Filtration. Currently, Reliable One focuses on commercial water filtration and solutions while Quantum Filtration is devoted to medical supplies and consumer products.
Our mask has an average pore sizes of .0025 microns in contrast to the 3M N-95, which is larger than .3 microns. The Covid-19 virus size is .14 to .06um—which simply means that competitors’ masks cannot filter airborne pathogens. Our mask is the ONLY proven and available mask to completely block the viruses, and potentially more importantly, the ONLY mask that can deactivate and kill Covid-19 on contact.
Quantum’s proprietary technology, the “secret sauce”, is a hollow, nano-tubular membrane comprised of 2,000 layers of fibrous weave, each only 3 atoms thick. The weave is impregnated with an anti-pathogenic agent to kill bacteria, viruses, microbes, and 650 known pathogens. This technology has been thoroughly tested both at our California lab, headed by our lead researcher, anMIT PhD, as well third-party accredited laboratories. We have applied for and obtained an FDA exemption to sell our membrane material as a surgical mask while we wait full FDA clearance and NIOSH certification.
Originally developed to filter dissolved salts from water, the proprietary technology was quickly adapted to help battle the
world health crisis.
6
An InconvenIent truth…Why Don’t Existing Masks Work?
• According to NIOSH 42 CFR 84, the three efficiency levels for the existing respirators are 95, 99, and 99.97%.
• However, these efficiency levels are measured against particles size larger than 0.3 μm.
• Virus particles can be as small as 0.003 μm.
Simply put: The virus particles are smaller than the pore size of the very best masks available.
7
the QuAntum membrAne SolutIonIn response, Quantum Filtration, Inc. has developed a novel antiviral-nanofibrous face mask product.
The new mask is specifically designed to protect against viruses:
Provides protection against over 600 known pathogens
Pore size is 0.0025 microns!
The fibers can be impregnated with an anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-
bacterial agent

Re:Earth Ozonated Water Products
Alcohol-free hand sanitizer and disinfectants
Re:Earth Products was formed mid-2020 to explore converting a metals extraction technology into a hand sanitizer and disinfectant. The technology involves stabilized ozonated water which has been tested and verified to kill bacteria and viruses, including Covid-19, on contact. Re:Earth has developed several commercial products based on this technology, including hand sanitizer gel, sanitizing wipes, disinfectant spray, and disinfectant wipes.

21
Re:Earth Ozonated Water Products
What is “ozonated water?”• H2O3 molecules are called “ozone”• Ozonated water is infused with ozone,
which is a highly effective anti-microbial
• Most ozonated water has a short shelf life—generally just minutes
• Quantum Filtration has stabilized ozonated water, extending the shelf life to years
• Quantum uses this stabilized ozonated water to create a unique, alcohol-free hand sanitizer and disinfectant—Re:Earth
22
Many municipal drinking water systems kill bacteria with ozone instead of the more common chlorine. Industrially, ozone is used to:
Disinfect laundry in hospitals, food factories, care homes etc.; Disinfect water in place of chlorine; Kill bacteria on food or on contact surfaces; Sanitize swimming pools and spas; Kill insects in stored grain Scrub yeast and mold spores from the air in food processing
plants; Wash fresh fruits and vegetables to kill yeast, mold and
bacteria; Eradicate water borne parasites
23
For Re:Earth’s purposes, pure ozone is not stable enough to use. Instead, we create H2O3 where two hydrogen peroxide molecules share a free oxygen.
By adding the third oxygen to the molecule, we combine the stability ofhydrogen peroxide with the heightened sterilization capabilities of ozone.
Re:Earth is able to sell its sanitizer products under an FDA monogram and already has NDC codes in place for both the gel and wipe products.

mining industries with our new subsurface Electroseismic Exploration Technology.
What if...• You could know definitively if hydrocarbons or minerals wereat the target? • What else?
– Type of hydrocarbon or mineral deposit– Zone thickness– Insight into permeability, porosity– Estimated production– Additional hydrocarbon/mineral zones

Poromechanics is a branch of physics and specifically continuum mechanics and acoustics that studies the behavior of fluid-saturated porous media.
Porous media whose solid matrix is elastic and the fluid is viscous are called poroelastic. A poroelastic medium is characterized by its porosity, permeability as well as the properties of its constituents (solid matrix and fluid)
Biot’s wave equation for porous rocks measures displacement as P- and S-waves travel through the media.
27
GeoEnhanced Technologies has developed a system to create a small seismic event, which generates P- and S- waves that are then measured using a purpose-built antenna.
28
• Small footprint – all equipment fits on a small ATV with a 2-person team
• Fast process – one team can cover 2+ square acres per day
• 40,000 depth capability
• Cost effective – GeoEnhanced costs about 1/3 that of other seismic surveys
• System also shows direction of flow (porosity and permeability), telling the user exactly where to drill to maximize production
• Accurate to within 2-3 feet!
29
• GeoEnhanced has signed an operating agreement with Standing Rock Sioux Tribeo Target area for survey – 1.3 million acres, totaling 2,030 section of 640 acres eacho Each 640-acre section is contracted at $32,500o Total value of contract is $66 million
• Agreement calls for Standing Rock Tribe to also market the services to other Indian tribes and nations in a revenue-share arrangement
• Initial site work expected to commence Spring 2021, pending final grant approval from BIA

• 4,000 barrel per day capacity
Owns an oil lease in Garza County, Texas• Property consists of two oil wells (one operational) and two
water injection wells (one operational)
Owns 500 barrel/day skid-mounted water filtration system designed to remove precious metal from oil/gas production water
