Greeting HistoryWelcome to POWER HX TECH CO.,LTD.
I, the representative J.D Lee, would like to give our customers my grateful heart and hope growth
with us. We are proud to being successful truth from customers for performance and quality of
equipments which have been manufactured H/Ex, Deaerators, P/V and other static equipment
although short period since company founded in Aug. 1997. All the equipments which provided
are designed, manufacture and qualitied on the basis of the code ASME, or the Standard
(Regulations) API, HEI, TEMA, KS, JIS, DIN, BS and Etc.
We provide above equipments to power plant, petro-chemical plant, incineration plant and other.
We have experienced providing many of Deaerators HP & LP FW Heater, Surface vacuum
condenser and closed cooling water cooler of the BOP facilities in D.H plant from Local/abroad
leading companies.
Especially, we have strong point in field of designing/manufacturing Air cooled(Fin Tube Type)
condenser and Heat Recovery Facility in the various plants.
Our company hold the certification of ASME U and S stamp ISO9001 and the permission of
manufacturing the specified H.P Gas facility.
So we are able to deal with the requirements of ASME stamping and/or each local law.
We are proud of customer’s trust for performance, quality, delivery and price of equipments.
It can be verified as succeeding receiving orders from customers reached nearly 100%.

LP/HP Feedwater Heater
Deaerator
A feedwater heater is defined as a shell and tube
type unit which heats feedwater or condensate
passing through its tubes by means of steam or
condensate on the shell side.
Feedwater heater are used in a regenerative steam
cycle to improve the gain. This is accomplished
by extracting steam at various points from the
turbine and condensing it using boiler feedwater.
The resultant heating of the feedwater reduces
the fuel.
Deaerator is avialable for protecting piping system
and overall facilities by removing desolved oxygen
and CO2 in the feed water system.
Performance of deaerator depends on spray valve
and tray.
Spray and tray type deaerator is necessary in
case of high capacity and high efficiency. We
have supplied many of deaerators in industrial
sites, on the basis of our own design capacity and
experience.

Shell and Tube heat exchanger
It is heat exchanged by retrieving wasted heat from boiler or other
cooling/heating device, mainly heavy chemical industry. And this
type of heat excheger has merits, through recycling of wasted
water(GAS), like energy saving, heat Transferring improvement.
So to speak, it may be come compact design of plant. There are
steam generator, economizer, super-heater anf air-pre-heater.
A surface condenser is commonly used term for
a water-cooled shell and tube heat exchanger
installed on the exhaust steam from a steam
turbine in thermal power stations. These
condensers are heat exchangers which convert
steam from its gaseous to its liquid state at a
pressure below. In thermal power plants, the
primary purpose of a surface condenser is to
condense the exhaust steam from a steam
turbine to obtain maximum efficiency.
An air cooled heat exchanger is a heat transfer device for
rejecting heat from a hot fluid directly to fan-blowing ambient
air. It is manufactured and supplied such like heater or cooler in
various industrial plants.
An air cooled heat exchanger is that it does not require water,
which means those plants requiring large cooling capacities in
process need only air. Therefore the obvious advantage of air
cooler heat exchanger is not to care water resource, corrosion
and warming of sea water. Its demand in market is increasing
more and more because of ‘green’ equipment.
A shell and tube heat exchanger is a class of Heat exchanger
designs. It is the most common type of heat exchanger in oil
refineries and other large chemical processes, and is suited for
higher-pressure applications. As its name implies, this type of
heat exchanger consists of a shell (a large Pressure vessel) with
a bundle of tubes inside it. One fluid runs through the tubes, and
another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer
heat between the two fluids.
The set of tubes is called a tube bundle, and may be composed
of several types of tubes: plain, longitudinally finned, etc.
