October 22th
Town of Peace River Box 6600 Peace River, AB. T8S 1S4
Dear Mayor, Tarpey and Councillors:
The Peace River & District Chamber of Commerce is changing to a tiered membership for 2020. As the Town of Peace River is working on the 2020 budget, we are coming to you with an opportunity to be a Community Partner in our tiered membership. We believe our partnership is paramount to the prosperity in our region, and we would like to highlight your contributions. Our reason for approaching the Town of Peace River with this partnership is to emphasize our commitment to growth and our objective to build momentum of economic development in the community.
The Peace River & District Chamber of Commerce is an economic partner, a stakeholder in economic and professional development for business. We are seeking a strong local partner and the benefits for the Town of Peace River for signing up as a Community Partner would be:
• Access to all Value-added benefits. • Logo inclusion at Chamber events as a Community Partner Sponsor, Davis Awards, Spring Trade
Show, Golf Tournament, Small Business Week and Santa Claus Parade. • 2 dignitary tickets to Davis Awards, and Small Business Week Social. • 3 booths at the Spring Trade Show at no charge. • Free admission to Santa Claus Parade. • Recognition on our website’s home page under the “membership tab”. • Free monthly ad on our LED sign for the fiscal year. • Recognition by our President at the Annual General meeting.
We have developed what we believe is a great value-for-money membership option, for municipal partners. The cost of a Community Partnership membership is $5500.00.
If you have additional questions on the above I can be contacted during business hours on mobile 780-999-3035, while our Executive Director Ramona Thoma can be contacted 780-624-4166 or by email [email protected].
Thanks in advance, Yours Sincerely Justin Hicks President- Peace River & District Chamber of Commerce
