HOUSINGAll congregations will be assigned rooms at o�icial Gathering hotels. Whenever possible, congregations from the same synod will be assigned to a single hotel or neighboring hotel properties. Congregations may request the number and type of standard style rooms (Kings or Doubles), however final housing assignments will be based upon availability, group make-up and equitable distribution of room types.
