Y= year-long class (1.0 credits)
S12 = semester long class (.5 credits)
If you have plans to attend a 4 yr. college, be sure to finish your world language sequence.
If you plan to attend college, English 12 or AP Literature are highly recommended, in addition to math and science.

COURSE SELECTION
You should have at least 16 credits by the end of this year to be on track to graduate with your class. If you have failed classes, see your counselor ASAP! THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
Research your options
Use the course guide book and the NKHS website
Changes to your classes will not be an option, pick your classes wisely
Be sure to sign up for the classes of your choice, rather than being influenced by your friends
If you plan to attend a college/university check entrance requirements
Know your strengths and limitations – sign up for classes that you can reasonably handle, while challenging yourself
