Team Placement All tryout athletes will demonstrate their skill in jumps, tumbling, stunting and choreography. Team place-ment will be based on age and overall abilities across all skill sets. In some cases, an athlete may not have the required minimum tumbling skills to make a certain level team, but possess other skills that would be beneficial to a specific team. Team rosters will be comprised of members whose talents provide the best chances for success at competition.

Program Placement Semi-Travel Elite, Semi-Travel Prep , Non-Travel & MidSeason Customers will choose which program they would like to join: semi-travel or non-travel. GymTyme reserves the right to place athletes on the team which they are best. We will not place ath-letes on a commitment level above the customer’s request.

All returning member accounts must be current to tryout for the 2020-21 season.

letes being evaluated for our Tiny team are welcome to sit in the parent viewing area.

Week 1: May 29—31, 2020 Athletes will register for an evaluation time on the day their age group is scheduled below. We are

planning to evaluate each athlete on their tumbling , jumps, motions and performance abilities, in

small groups to ensure we are still under CDC guidelines. Please register for the time you prefer

through the iClassPro Parent Portal. See page 6 in this packet for registration instructions.

Week 2: June 8—11, 2020 (CALL BACKS): After week 1 has been completed, athletes will receive notification as to what day/time they should

return during week 2. These time slots will be Monday – Thursday, preferably 6:00—9:00 PM howev-

er if there are still limits on the number of people allowed in the facility at one time, we may need to

start earlier each day. Athletes age 7 and up should be prepared to come in twice during this week,

athletes age 3—6 should plan on only needing to come in to one time slot.

We will be continuing our online training throughout the registration process and the season! Currently we have over 100

virtual workouts uploaded to GymTyme On Demand and will be continuing virtual ZOOM clinics at 6:00 PM, Monday—

Thursday until we re-open for training. Go to www.GymTymeAllStars.com, head to the “On Demand” portion of our website

and use the password; OnDemandMay2020 to create a login!
