• Consistent funding and attendance for States to RRT Meetings

• Participation in TOPOFF exercise

• Completion of Programmatic Biological Opinion by NOAA Fisheries on NWACP oil spill response techniques

• Annual revision of NWACP

• Implemented private web site tool to aid in accomplishing planning goals

• Ensuring the RRT and NWAC remain important tools in spill planning, preparedness, and response

• Factoring national policy changes into regional planning, preparedness and response issues

• Establishing a response structure and necessary policies to help the region address a nationally significant incident or multiple regionally significant incidents
