COLOUR RED• The Color Red• The color red is the color of energy, passion and action• This color is a warm and positive color associated with our most physical needs and our will

to survive. It exudes a strong and powerful masculine energy.• Red is the color of extremes. It’s the color of passionate love, seduction, violence, danger, anger,

and adventure. Our prehistoric ancestors saw red as the color of fire and blood – energy and primal life forces – and most of red’s symbolism today arises from its powerful associations in the past.

• Red is also a magical and religious color red is an auspicious color for marriage. Brides in India and Nepal wear red saris; in Japan, a red kimono symbolizes happiness and good luck.

This picture was taken during one of my projects at Pearl academy of Fashion. This Picture shows yarns entwined pattern that can be used on fabrics and give them a warm and fuzzy look. The four coloured pattern that is used adds up the warmth. This pattern could be used in winter wear and make them look warm And fuzzy. The colours used in this pattern are bright which adds up to the softness that is ideal for winters.

This picture was taken by me of a friend’s phone. This look is really vibrant with a soft Touch and has owl print which could give away a really high street style to the fabrics and could be paired up with a simple contrasting fabric for a highly chic look. The picture gives away a really urban look that could be used on a fabric meant to turn into something that will keep a place in an urban girl’s wardrobe.

This picture was taken from a general store in Rewari during one of my travels. The Picture is of one of the products in the shop that is of bright colours. The picture gives away a chaotic vibe that could be taken over on fabrics.

I captured this picture while going back home from college. This picture is of a goods carrier. This picture reflects a unorganised sphere which is not perfect yet appealing. This pattern could be used on monochromes to make them more interesting and give them more edge and make for a perfect combination of earthiness with sophistication.

This picture was taken at the vegetable market. It could make an interesting pattern Filled with vibrancy. This is certainly one of the most vibrant picture I’ ve taken in a While. This pattern can be imitated on a fabric and can certainly make for a dress that Is certainly a head turner. The colours red and yellow add more to the vibrancy and Make the pattern more interesting.

This picture was taken from a stall at a local vegetable’s vendors stall. This picture gives a shiny feel yet keeping the vibrancy in check. This could be an interesting pattern for casual evening wear. Ethnic clothes are usually found in this pattern. However this could be also used on a fabric that could be a perfect material for a Nice evening wear.

This picture was taken at a temple in Rewari. The object in focus is a box that Contains roli. The picture gives away a very religious vibe and the same religious Vibe could be captures in fabrics and this vibe can inspire a lot of kurtis and other such items.

This is one of my favourite pictures taken at a local mela at my hometown. This Picture is of bangles of different colours, also in this picture, we can see tiny toy cars. The picture gives away a fusion of tradition with the touch of modernity. The combination looks excellent on fabrics like crepe that could be turned into anIndo- western outfit.

IfferentThis picture was taken during one of my stays in Dehradoon. The picture is taken from a Local shop there. The eatables are kept in different coloured trays that create a beautiful set up that could be used in designing fabrics.

This picture is of a garments shop. This picture has so many colours embedded in it. The Colours create a disturbance which is creating a clash like situation. The pattern could inspire a line of fabrics where there are different colours with same boldness and are fighting for dominance.
