Enertronica has started with the construction of, Adams 82.5MWp and Pulida, 82.5MWp PV plants, in SA with Enel Green Power, winner
of Round 3 of the REIPPP. The Scope of Works for both projects is Full EPC function.
In order to strengthen and expand its business into other sub sectors of the clean-energy-related industry, Enertronica, through M&A
operations, is entering in the energy storage branch especially in the Eritrean market in which the Company is beginning an ambitious
project. The capacity to store renewable energy is proving to be one of the most significant steps in the evolution towards a smart grid
system. Renewable energy, produce intermittent power but through the utilization of storage systems it will be possible to accumulate
energy when it is convenient or when there is abundance of it, an then to use it efficiently

The Trekkopje Solar Park is located near Trekkopje community, in the Region of Erongo, Namibia. The facility is 45 kilometers north-east far from Swakopmund, on the road to Usakos. Geographical coordinates of the site are: Lat - 11.282295° Lon - 41,738474°.The PV plant lies within the Trekkopje mining area, covering around 37,000 ha, and it is located in the immediate proximity of the substation feeding directly the Trekkopje mine area. The dedicated power line feeding both the three pumping stations and the Erongo Desalination plant departs from the same substation. The project is located on flat terrain, whose average elevation is approximately 500 m.

MORE ON THE TREKKOPJE SOLAR PROJECT
Enertronica Namibia and its partner Sertum Energy (Pty) Ltd are making history by developing Namibia’s first photovoltaic project under the Renewable Energy Feed-in Tariff (REFIT) Programme of NamPower. Enertronica has the financing and execution capabilities to unlock the potential of this project, as envisioned by Sertum Energy Namibia.
The Trekkopje Solar Project is a 5 MWp solar plant situated 45 km northeast of Swakopmund, close to the AREVA Uranium Mine. It marks the first phase of a 27 MWp plant compliant with NamPower’s REFIT Programme, which will eventually cover 50 ha. Construction of the 5 MWp plant is projected to be completed by the end of 2016.

This document aim is to present an investment opportunity in Namibia (Trekkopje Region), in the renewable energy sector (Photovoltaic). The project is Independent Power Producer (25 Years) in Namibia, the facility is a ground Photovoltaic Plant, with the total capacity power of 5 MWp (DC).Namibia’s energy sector is excessively import-dependent, Namibia imports more than 77% of energy from Zambia & RSA. Supply from Eskom (RSA) may be interrupted at any time, a supplementary agreement may not be extended beyond 2015.The electricity demand exceeds the local supply capacities, so regional electricity supplies are significantly constrained. Investments in electricity infrastructures will further drive prices – up. Electricity prices have substantially escalated in the past years and will continue to rise up to a ~15% pa – until at least 2018. Mining companies, operating in Namibia, have a limited development program, due to the energy lack. In 2015 an electrical energy supply gap is expected .Currently our authorization development is compliant with standard procedures of national and regional criteria, as well as with Nampower’s standards. We achieved definitive EIA, IPP final license. The PPA is signed on 21 October with Nampowe fro 25 Years at 1,37 NAD/kWh.
