The above represent just a few of the highlights. Victoria was an extremely dedicated and hardworker. She was smart and firm, but also diplomatic whenever circumstances required thisapproach. She is self-reliant and is a self-starter. We practiced at a high level and with a lot ofintensity. Victoria never disappointed me and always had things under control. She deserves thehighest regard.

Very truly yours,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Victoria Borjesson was employed by Mazursky, Schwartz & Angelo from April 1, 1991 to June2, 2001. Her position was the Legal Assistant to Christopher Angelo, a partner.

Victoria's job was multi-dimensional. She handled the day to day tasks of a legal assistant, suchas typing, processing litigation paperwork, calendaring. She took on the tasks of preparingdiscovery (both propounding and responding) and learned how to do research using the resourcesof Westlaw and the internet for information that would support the facts of a case.

No matter what task was required to prosecute and prepare a case for trial or settlement, Victoriawas ready, willing and able to put 100% of her energy and knowledge to use. She has a greatcapacity to remember the details of everything she works on so that she is able to put her handson information quickly.

We were sorry that she terminated her employment with us, but we understood her needs.Victoria is the kind of employee every employer wants and needs - loyal, thorough, hardworking, knowledgeable and able to meet the needs of an extremely busy trial lawyer.

Very truly yours,

MAZURSKY, SCHWARTZ & ANGELO

Dear Mr. Planet:

I am currently employed with the law firm of Taylor, McCord, Praver & Cherry as aLegal Secretary/Paralegal for both David L. Praver and Patrick G. Cherry. I have workedfor the firm for approximately 4-1/2 years.

I personally deal with court clerks and judicial secretaries on a daily basis. Myinteractions with Victoria have been extremely pleasant. She handles all of my inquiriesand requests promptly and efficiently. She will go out of her way to assist me in any wayshe can, including getting answers to questions for me that do not pertain to her particulardepartment. If she does not know the answer to my question (which is rare), she willimmediately connect me with the clerk or secretary who can help. I interact with Victoriaquite a bit via e-mail to save time and she responds to all of my inquiries promptly. Ibelieve her personal service approach to her job makes her an invaluable employee at theVentura County Superior Court. It is a blessing to have such a consistent, reliable sourceof information at the courthouse.
