For securing the admission to first year, students those who have filled Merit form and their ame appeared in the Round III Merit list should fill the online form available on college website https://garwarecollege.mespune.in, SUBMISSION OF ONLINE FORM DOES NOT SECURE ADMISSION. 2. Students should note that Admission form is bound with Merit form. It is necessary to fill Merit form number correctly. 3. Students should use login credentials i.e. username (mail id) and password created already using Vriddhi while filling the Merit form (Students need these credentials for second and third year admission). 4. The admission to AGC students (studied XIIH std. in AGC) will be given preferentially. The interested students should follow the schedule notified herewith and take admission within the given period. Students should note that who fail to take admission within this schedule their claim for the admission will be cancelled. 5. All remaining students also strictly follow the schedule to take the admission. Those who will not pay the fees in time they do not have claim on their admission in future. 6. If the seat remains vacant after the third round, fourth Merit list will be displayed on website on 23/09/2021. 7. Students should fill the complete form and upload the documents in jPg format mentioned in the on-line fom. 8. The admission will be confimed and students get roll number after the submission of originall School/College Leaving Certificate within EIGHT days after paying the fees. At the same time student should submit all other required documents as they are essential for the eligibility. Those who fail to submit the original document within EIGHT days after paying the fees, their admission will be automatically cancelled after that date. Incomplete form will not be accepted for the further processing. 9. It is very much essential to submit the documents within the given time to get roll number. Students will not be able to attend the on-line classes without roll number. 10.If students claim admission under 5% quota (Defense / Sports /Ex-Serviceman/ Cultural activity/ affected by natural calamity) or 3% quota (Physically Challenged) or 1% quota (Orphan), they have to upload the necessary documents with admission form and later submit with all the documents. 11. 1. For securing the admission to first year, students those who have filled Merit form and their ame appeared in the Round III Merit list should fill the online form available on college

12. After the verification of all the documents admission committee will approve the form. If the
correct documents are not uploaded, form will be sent to student again. TO AVOID THIS
STUDENT SHOULD UPLOAD ALL THE REQUIRED AND CORRECT DOCUMENTS.
13. Student will get message / e-mail about the fees to be paid for the academic year 2021-22. This fee
icludes the journal fee along with regular fees. Student should pay the fees on-line through
payment gateway on the dates given to confirm the admission. Students should check their e-
mails regularly.
14. Fee structure will be different for students from the state of Maharashtra, students from outside
Maharashtra and students from SAARC countries for paying as well as concession holder
15. Students those are availing Freeship / Scholarship (SC/ST/NT/OBC/SBC/Rajarshi Shahu
Chhatrapati Scholarship) has to pay fee accordingly.
16. To avail RSMS concession. Income Certificate of 2019-20 / 2020-21 is required issued by
TAHASILDAR only.
17. All the admissions will be given according to Merit and reservation rules and regulations of
Government of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University. 18. Students have alrcady selected the option for Microbiology. The admission to Microbiology
Industrial Microbiology subject will be given to those students only whose names are in the Merit list of Microbiology. If other students select Microbiology / Industrial Microbiology option without having their names in the Merit list then college has a right to change their
subject group. 19. Students in the waiting list of Microbiology should note that their claim to Microbiology/
Justrial Mierobiology subject will be continued only if they take admission to F.Y.B.Sc. with other groups in the college. If student does not take admission to the college, he/she will
not have claim on it. If the seats become vacant for Microbiology / Industrial Microbiology, then students admitted to F.Y.B.Sc. with other group and have their names in the waiting list of Microbiology will be admitted to Microbiology / Industrial Microbiology.
20. Limited seats are available for Microbiology and Industrial Microbiology. Student has to
pay additional fees along with college fees for opting Industrial Microbiology.
21. Please note that Psychology is available only at F.Y.B.Sc. and student has to pay additional fees along with college fees.
22. All other subjects are available at T.Y.B.Sc. as a principal subject as per Merit and availability of seats.
23. Allocation of seats:
