From this ineffable and sublime arrangement of affairs, then,
which is accomplished by divine providence, a natural law is, so
to speak, inscribed upon the rational soul, so that in the very living out of this life and in their
earthly activities people might hold to the tenor of such
dispensations.

On Eighty-Three Diverse Questions
All over Europe, people are gathering to shout down tyranny. Protests rage
over the draconian measures being taken by governments, which seem
more set on robbing individuals of their freedom with each passing day.
Europe, it seems, is standing up with one voice and shouting to their so-
called governments, “We have the power.” The protests in Bulgaria, Belarus,
London, Vienna, and Berlin, to name a few, are by and large protests of
peaceful demonstration against authoritarianism.
What of the nation that stood up to throw out its tyrannical government al-
most 250 years ago? What of the country that has claimed for decades to be
the freest in the world and a bastion of liberty, glowing like the city on the
hill? The US is glowing. But the light is from fires set by looters and thugs.
People protesting, not freedom and prosperity attainable through respect
and voluntary cooperation, but terror and destruction. People protesting
their fellow man, rather than against the despotism of the government which
is robbing and killing them. All the destruction being done in the name of
justice. All showing the true colors of a people who have traded the will to
fight for what is right, having gained in return the desire to fight without
forethought or responsibility. The minute men become minute.
Berlin and London are speaking out clearly against the virus hoax being per-
petrated on the world. German lawmakers said last week that protests
against mask wearing and of other virus measures were forbidden. The ban
was lifted by an administrative court ahead of the protest, but the gesture
wouldn’t have made a difference. The German people went ahead anyway.
Demonstrators carried placards bearing pictures of prison-striped German
officials, the word guilty, schuldig, printed on each. Berlin police responded.
On Twitter. Hours into the demonstration, the police tweeted that they were
dispersing the marchers. It seems that the closest the police would get to
the protesters was social media. “We approached the leader of the demon-
stration and informed him that his meeting would be
dissolved by the police,” the police tweeted.

What do wild fires burning in California, the derecho wind
storm in Iowa, the explosion in the port in Beirut, the two
hurricanes that made landfall near the Mississippi delta,
mandatory virus testing of farm and meat packing workers,
and the recent rash of grain silo explosions and grain
transport train derailments all have in common? They all
have major effects on the food supply. All these events have
happened or are happening in just the past few weeks. Ad-
ditionally, these events all seem like a major problem to
anyone concerned with humanity’s ability to feed itself. Yet,
they all coincidently would be of possible strategic benefit if
you were involved with a program seeking to arbitrate and
control distribution of food. Surely, you must be thinking,
there is no large and well-funded group who would seek to
take advantage of such a devastating turn of events. But
there is.
The Rockefeller Foundation, on its website, has published a
proposal called Reset the Table. Those of you who have
listened to the three-part podcast on Agenda 21 and tech-
nocracy may find this title strikingly similar to the World
Economic Forum’s program, The Great Reset. The Reset
the Table program proclaims that it is designed for
“Meeting the Moment to Transform the U.S. Food System.”
The World Economic Forum says that “As we enter a unique
window of opportunity to shape the recovery, this initiative
will offer insights to help inform all those determining the
future state of global relations, the direction of national
economies, the priorities of societies, the nature of busi-
ness models and the management of a global commons…
the Great Reset initiative has a set of dimensions to build a
new social contract.” Both plans seem to be telling us that
the moment is at hand for some transformation of the sys-
tems we have had into something new. The basis of the new
systems being proposed is more regulations, corporate and
governmental integration, and stricter, more centralized
control. The only real difference between these two pro-
grams being that one deals with food and the other with
money.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that the California
Climate and Agricultural Network does not see the current
wild fires as making a large scale, noticeable effect on the
food supply on grocery store shelves. Californians get the
first pick of the country’s produce, so it appears they will
be safe. As for those of us outside California, no mention is
made of our grocery needs.
This alone may not be enough to raise an alarm. The food
supply problem is further compounded by the 14 million
acres of corn and soybean crops destroyed by the wind-
storm in the Midwest on August 10. This derecho storm
was described as “equivalent of a 40-mile-wide tornado that
rolled over 100 miles of Iowa. Iowa produces one-sixth of
the nation’s corn and this storm was said to be “a devastat-
ing blow to the Iowa agricultural industry.”
Meanwhile, the chairman of USA Rice, Bobby Hanks, said
“the storm damage is considerable, especially in southwest
Louisiana.” This is a reference to hurricane Laura which hit
on August 27, just three days after hurricane Marco hit
southeast Louisiana. The Orlando Sentinel led with the
headline “Once in a lifetime: Two hurricanes, same time,
same place” calling attention to the statistically miniscule
chance that an event like this could even occur. Southern
Louisiana is a large rice producing area for the state which
produces 12% of the total U.S. rice crop. Although it is too
early to assess the total damage done, rice production in
this region will be impacted.
In Michigan and back in California, virus testing has been
made mandatory for farm workers and employees of meat
processing plants. Many employees of these industries
have simply walked off the job rather than face testing, as
many of these workers are seasonal, migrant workers and
some do not have immigration documents. In Michigan,
several blueberry farms have been forced to leave berries
unpicked for lack of workers. One farm worker even assert-
ed, “this governor wants us to do it, and it’s only the Lati-
nos. Why? I work with American people here; they’re not
getting tested.” Foster Farms was ordered by the state to
shut down its Livingston facility in Merced County, CA.
State Attorney General Xavier Becerra said, “nobody can
ignore the facts; it’s time to hit the reset button on Foster
Farms’ Livingston Plant.” Yes, he is talking about THAT
reset button. And this after Gov Newsom deployed, in late
July, “virus strike teams” to farms in California’s central
valley. And a farm in Ontario, Canada was recently forced
to shut down by the local medical health officer, Dr. Wajid
Ahmed.
The explosions of grain silos and derailing of trains have
further hampered food supplies nationwide. Food storage
sites in England, Iowa, and Louisiana recently caught fire or
exploded. A train near Bosler, WY derailed spilling 57 car
loads of grain which is likely all unsalvageable. A more in
depth look at these events can be seen at iceagefarm-
er.com, Christian has made several great videos on these
issues over the past several weeks.
Fox News reported the Beirut explosion destroyed 85% of
the city’s grain silos, and domestic wheat production only
accounts for 10% of Lebanon’s demand. The current story
explains that the explosion of 2700 pounds of ammonium
nitrate, which had just been sitting next to Beirut’s valued
grain stores for 6 years, was triggered by fireworks which
went up in flames on the pier. The subsequent explosion
was something to behold and can be seen from a variety of
angles and sources on the web. As crazy as it was, I think it
is worth watching video of this once in a lifetime explosion.
With the flooding in China earlier in the year, more strain is
being placed on the global food supply. Chinese news agen-
cies and the government have put social pressure on citi-
zens to take measures to prevent food waste. This seems
rational. However, catering industry associations are pres-
suring restaurants to limit the number of meals which can
be ordered by any one party to one less than the number of
members of the party. This ratio seems a bit off. What if
only one dinner eats by themselves? Who at the table of five
has to go hungry?
In just three days in July, China purchased a total of 5.06
million tons of corn from the US of which only 1.3 million
pounds was set to be shipped by August 31. An additional
5.72 million tons is due in September. This, coupled with
the massive loss of the corn crop due to the derecho storm,
