Samples were taken on June 7, 1984. You will note that we had full priority pollutant scans run on a leachate seep, and on a composit sample from wells 1 and 2. We also repeated the volatile organic tests .on wells 1 and 2. In response to these testing results, and to previous testing run jointly with your agency, SCA will enter into a two (2)-year water testing program to track conditions at the site. As previously proposed in my letter of March 16, 1984, this program will cover quarterly testing of the conventional parameters previously tested plus the thirty-one (31) volatile organics, and annual testing for RCRA metals. Without further response from your agency, I assume you are in agreement with this program. Please be advised that SCA engineers are reviewing site surface conditions, and are examining your concerns for possible leachate seepage in neighboring fields. Our plans to address any problems identified will be presented to you as soon as they are formulated. / If any questions arise concerning this landfill, please feel free to call me in Boston. /7 IS John Rhodes r -ton^ger-, (Environmental Affairs ft p & cc: M.
