THE BUSINESS NEED

The customer is a leading global business process

management (BPM) company with 350+ clients across 10

industries and 16 countries globally. In their mission to

hire best talent, they were looking for a digital

recruitment technology solution which can help them

attract talent faster, better and in an efficient way to

achieve their business goals. They were managing their

hiring processes through a traditional ERP system which

had no hiring process automation. The customer needed

an advanced and robust recruitment technology

platform to help them in following business needs:

• Digitize and automate their manual processes such as

job posting, walk-in interview management, interview

feedback, document collection, salary fitment and offer

management

• Improve candidate sourcing to attract passive

candidates as the customer was only sourcing from active

pool of candidates through limited sourcing channels.

Also, the customer was maintaining excels to manage

their candidate’s database which was inefficient and

time-consuming

• Application Tracking system to manage jobs and

candidates in a single database and manage candidate

lifecycle through automation to bring visibility in

recruitment process.

• Transparency and speed in the approval processes as

the customer has a very complex approval matrix which

currently were taken on mail from various business

stakeholders for every new hire which delayed hiring

processes

hierarchy bands, confidentiality and other parameters.

• Unified Sourcing: The recruitment team of the

customer started to post their jobs and sourcing

candidates instantly across 50+ sourcing channels -

leading job boards, social media websites, company’s

internal database, employee referrals, career pages and

vendor portals without juggling between portals manually.

The software automatically removed duplicate candidates

helping in improving candidate database.

recruiters to source active candidate who applied for their

jobs but also auto-matched the passive candidates which

interviews and IVR based screening helped in

streamlining their screening processes while reducing

screening time by 30%. Also, customer leveraged

integrated Microsoft Outlook for interview management

and mobile app for voice-interview feedback

• Realtime Talent Analytics: Insightful dashboards and

all-inclusive reports with 50+ crucial metrics tracked

customer’s talent pipeline regularly. This proactively

helped recruiters in keeping a track of their talent needs

• Digital Onboarding: Features such as digital document

collection and online offer approval by candidates helped

the customer in going paperless. Candidate were able to

complete all their joining formalities before the day of

joining thus improving overall joining ratio. These

automations released talent acquisition team’s bandwidth
