FOREWORDSIBM Pune takes immense pride in announcing the successful completion of the Summer Internship Recruitment Programme 2020 for the MBA Flagship and MBA Leadership & Strategy batch 2020-22. The institute's strong student-driven culture, structured academic rigour and firm corporate engagement model have ensured the continued patron of recruiters. The institute has stood out by sustaining its performance despite the uncertain times, with the average stipend being INR 1.97 lakh for the two-month internship period. Over 100 organizations across the Automobile & Manufacturing, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, Retail and Telecom sectors participated in the process.

NEW RECRUITERS48SIBM Pune built new relationships with prominent organizations. Top

brands including General Mills, Lubrizol India, McKinsey & Company,

Optum and SAP visited the campus to recruit students across different

domains. Other new recruiters included ABC Consultants, EarlySalary,

Hinduja Tech, Jaipur Rugs, Jarvis, Jio Creative Labs, Outlook Group,

PNB Metlife Insurance and Trimble.

The institute has furthered its performance in the Automobile &

Manufacturing sector. SIBM Pune hosted a mix of legacy and new

recruiters. We hosted top brands including Bajaj Auto, Bharat Forge,

Bridgestone India, Cummins India, DCM Shriram, Mahindra &
