ARBP, which trained recruiters in 22

countries and has a wealth of

experience in building and

managing teams. Industry

specialisations include oil & gas,

security and professional services.

Fergus has over 25 years’

experience of finance line

management in service, high-

tech and fast-growing

companies. Much of his

experience has been gained

internationally and in

challenging environments.

Fergus works with the
