• NSAD low-capacitance/high-frequency diodes offer unique bidirectional protection with breakdown voltages in both positive and negative directions (for signal swings such as –5.3V ~ +8V @25°C). No VCC connection is needed.
• NSAD diodes minimize cost and space with 2 or 4 bi-directional diodes per package. Competitors must use 4 or 8 diodes in larger package to protect the same number of data lines and connect to VCC.
• NSAD diodes ensure protection with +/- 14kV specs—far exceeding the 8kV requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4
