This school for Grades K through 6 was originally built in Edmonton in 1923. The school faces four streets -109 Streeton the East, 86 Avenue on the South, 110 Street on the West and 87 Avenue on the North. It is under the jurisdictionof Edmonton School District No. 7. The original 3496.0 square metres school was built in 1923. A first addition of 1406.8 square metres was built in 1942.Total building area is 4902.8 square metres. Room No. Indicated in this report is based on the Edmonton SchoolBoard Plans. Only 1942 drawings were reviewed for identifying the building section. Original 1923 drawings were notavailable for review. The current student enrollment is 197. Asbestos abatement for fan plenum was done in 1999. Asbestos abatement for insulation was done in 2001. Asbestos abatement was done in 2003. Window replacement was done in 1991. Roofing replacement for partial (1923) Original Building and (1942) South Addition was done in 1989. Pneumatic & electric controls, standpipe & hose systems, fire extinguishers on wall mount brackets. Upgradedplumbing fixtures. Generally the mechanical system, although old and past its life cycle expectations, is in acceptable (4) condition.

Electrical Summary:Electrical service installation generally is in poor condition. Building has two main power systems with 1-500A-120/240V/1PH system and 1-100A-230V/3PH system. Services are overhead from a pole mounted transformer. Maindistribution switchboards need to be replaced with a new distribution centre. The fire alarm system was upgraded in2010. Light fixtures are not of the energy efficiency type; it is recommended to replace the fixtures with energy efficienttype, utilizing T8 lamps and electronic ballasts. Electrical systems are generally acceptable condition.
