Opening Ceremony
PFLCW President, Ms. Rosalind Wee, called the General Assembly to order at 3:00PM.
Ms. Anacorita P. Portugal, President of the Local Council of Women-Batangas Province, delivered an opening statement and welcomed everyone to Batangas City.

PFLCW President, Ms. Rosalind L. Wee, reported to the plenary that as a result of the resolution and recommendation created by the delegates of the 9th General Assembly, Former DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo issued memorandum circular 2012-105 on June 6, 2012.

Donning their best Hawaiian costumes, delegates were afforded a glimpse of Batangan hospitality and cultural entertainment at the Batangas City Convention Center hosted by Mayor Vilma Abaya-Dimacuha.
Closing Program
Dr. Ramona B. Raneses presented the results of the break out session. The delegates adopted the recommendations (see RESOLUTION NO. 003 SERIES 2012).
Mayor Evelyn Uy gave the closing remarks by thanking the delegates and the LCW members behind the success of the General Assembly.
