The Company

RealValidation, Inc. is a Florida Corporation that was born out of a need. Our history comes from 25 years in the automotive finance lead generation space under the name VOISYS™. 25 years ago we developed the original Loan-by-Phone™ service which was the beginnings of our involvement in telephony and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems. Our specialty quickly became the automotive market followed by the mortgage market. We have served thousands of clients by providing customizable, multilingual scripts that capture complex financial applications automatically and with our Data Distribution Engine, deliver it to the correct processing facility.

In the mid-90’s we expanded to the Internet to harvest financial applications for our client base. We were in the middle of a Public Offering when the dot com bubble burst. We survived that disaster and continued growing the company in the financial lead generation business.

By 2010, we noticed a remarkable degradation in the quality of the information being gathered on the Internet and began the validation process to try and stop bad & un-contactable leads from going to our clients. Starting in 2011, our Internet lead generation business became our test lab for data validation services that would “Make Our Data Better”. With all of the various validations we performed, it became evident that the single most important element was to have a working, contactable phone number.

Existing phone validation services (and we tried all of the major ones) relied on database searches and did not provide us the accuracy we were looking for.

RealPhoneValidation was born! After three years of development, trial and error and approaches that didn’t yield the desired accuracy, we can now boast that we have the most accurate phone validation service in the market.

The Service:

RealValidation specializes in one thing… confirming the connect status of a phone number.

There are three versions of RealPhoneValidation to service our client’s needs based on speed, level of accuracy, processing method and location (US or International).

Our service is available via API for real-time, web form use or through secure, automated FTP submission for batch processing.

RealPhoneValidation RealPhoneValidation actually pings the phone company switches and analyzes the data returned to

determine the status of a number. We provide the standard results of Connected, Disconnected, Restricted, Busy, Invalid Number - not a scoring system that you have to interpret. In addition to Connected / Disconnected, RPV also provides Phone Type (mobile/landline), Caller ID and Carrier. Available for US and Canadain phone number validation.

RPV Turbo RPV Turbo is a real-time API that provides fast response (1 – 2 seconds). RPV Turbo is typically incorporated

in the enrollment web-form or data entry process on our client’s side. As with RealPhoneValidation, RPV Turbo also provides Connected / Disconnected, Phone Type (mobile/landline), Caller ID and Carrier. Available for US and Canadain phone number validation.

The Company

RPV Premium RPV Premium is our fastest phone number validation service and can be used internationally. RPV Premium

delivers actionable data including: Phone status - Subscriber Status (Active/Disconnected), and Device Status (Reachable/Unreachable). Phone type: Mobile, Landline, non-fixed VoIP, Invalid, Pre-Paid, Personal, Pager, Toll-Free, and Restricted. Geographic information: City, County, State, Country, Latitude, Longitude and Time Zone. Roaming information: Roaming Status, and Roaming Country.

RPV RealDial For permission based applications RealValidation offers RealDial - a service that will dial the number to

determine connected/disconnected status and deliver custom, informational messages to your group. We can deliver your message one at time with real-time access or deliver millions of messages simultaneously. RealDial is a cost effective solution to get your message out quickly. You must comply with TCPA rules for dialing to use this service.

All services identify the type of phone (landline or mobile).

Other Services:

RealValidation also offers: Phone Append when you have a name and address but no phone number; Reverse Append when you have a phone number and want the name and address of the owner; and Name Match when you have a name but no phone number.
