- 逆衝斷層,斷層面朝東下傾

如何起始與破裂特性 - 初始破裂約在 15~16 公里

- 破裂主要朝深處發展- 於 16~22 公里深處產生一個 Asperity- 最大滑移量約 20cm- 破裂持續約 10 秒

Summary 近場強地動之特性 ?

- 由於逆衝斷層的作用,破裂能量主要朝震央西部傳遞- 西部平原沉積層的震波放大作用造成台灣西部台中 . 彰化 . 雲林一帶產生較大之震度

遠場地動之產生 ?- 逆衝斷層震源輻射型態,地震波的能量於震央東西兩側較強,造成大陸沿海城市如上海 . 廈門 . 香港等地感覺到明顯搖晃
