This is the Heart of Software. In this Admin/User can enter the details of the project, number of Tower, number of floor or enter Number of Villas and Plots.
Same as user can create Unit Type and enter how many units are in One Floor and also create Charges, Installment Master (Stage master, Payment plan, Installment Master).
User can implement Tax and Vat on the amount.
User can also implement Interest on the Due if payment is not submitted on time.
In Enquiry user can enter the details of enquiry and follow up. User can generate daily follow up reports of enquiry. User can also follow up customer according to the enquiry details. Admin can also transfer employee enquiry to another employee in case employee is absent or by some another cause. User can also see all the reports on the dashboard present on the homepage.
In this module, if any of the customer want to transfer their unit to any other person than user has to enter the details of that user and just have to press a single button.
All the reports automatically updated and show the new customer name user need not to change anywhere .
All the payment is also transfer to the new owner of the unit.
One unit can transfer multiple time with a transfer fee structure.
Admin can also temporary surrender or suspend their unit.
