• FCCLA is the largest youth organization with the FAMILY as its central focus!

• Members who are currently or have been enrolled in a Family and Consumer Sciences course(Life Skills, Teen living, Foods, Parenting & Child Development, Interior Design)can be in FCCLA

FCCLA History

• Discovered it’s voice as Future Homemakers of America (FHA) in 1945

• In 1999 the organization’s name changed to FCCLA to more accurately reflect the organization's mission
