Are You Certified? It’s Time to Invest in Yourself!NCCDP recommends that at

Certified Dementia Practitioner®.
&CFRDT Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer Certification is open to educators who provide training to First Responders. The instructor will be provided all the necessary tools to conduct comprehensive Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Training. The seminar not only covers key aspects of dementia but also elopement, driving concerns, abuse and neglect.
&CFR-‐DT Certified First Responder-‐Dementia Trained is open to those First Responders who have completed the one day Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Seminar for First Responders by an approved NCCDP CFRDT trainer and who qualifies for certification. First Responders who work for Law Enforcement, Medical Emergency Service, Fire Fighters, Red Cross, Salvation Army, Hazard Management, as well as National and Homeland Security are welcome to apply.
NCCDP Offers Several Certifications:
&CDP Certified Dementia Practitioner Certification is open to all health care professionals and front line staff that qualify and have completed the live 8-‐hour Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care seminar taught by a NCCDP approved CADDCT Trainer. We’re Taking Dementia Education to a Whole New Level!
&CADDCT Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer Certification is open to in-‐service directors, trainers, consultants who work in the health care industry or educators who work in learning institutions. Seminar includes all training materials. One trainer affects thousands of health care professionals and workers.
&CDCM Certified Dementia Care Manager Certification is open to professionals who provide direct supervision over an Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Unit in an Assisted Living, Nursing Home or CCRC Community. Includes: Policy & Procedure Dementia Unit Manual.
