READING PROGRAM PRESENTED BY PROGRAM DETAILS TIMELINE OCTOBER 20 TH OCTOBER 23 RD NOVEMBER 17 TH STARTING NOVEMBER 20 TH PRIZES A month long reading program designed for schools to help increase literacy in students, and encourage them to read. Schools set goals for the minutes students are required to read. Each student who completes the requirement the school sets will receive a free ticket offer to a select MKE Wave home game (parent/guardian attendance is required, so at least one additional ticket does need to be purchased). Each student who participates will receive a specially designed MKE Wave bookmark. One person from the school will be the main contact person involved with the program. Program materials and other information will be emailed to the coordinator after the school’s enrollment form is received. The school coordinator will distribute materials to all participating classes. Teachers will then distribute individually to students. All coordinators will receive two free tickets to a designated game. Parent/Guardian of student(s) will be responsible for recording/checking student totals. Reading Program Begins Deadline for schools to register for the Reading Program. Reading Program Concludes All ticket orders can be placed for select reading program games (Family’s choice). Each family will do this individually by scanning and emailing the form to: • Free MKE Wave ticket for a select Wave home game. • Classroom mascot visit for the top three (3) overall classroom minutes read per student. • Special MKE Wave bookmark!
