Code Scan Collect Redeem Re-Target
A secure QR-code i s printed on an insert, or directly on the package with a verification code pr inted on the inside. (Alternatively a secure QR-code can be printed on the consumer receipt, on a voucher or on a promotion leaflet).
Consumers simply scan the code or enter it manually, using WeChat scan, the mobile app, or SMS to reg i s t e r t he p roo f o f purchase or intention to participate in a loyalty program, campaign or trial sampling.
Consumer data is collected for age, gender, date & time, location and SKU, analyzed and used to inspire consumers with special offers and rewards. (The offers can be set to reach the consumer at each individual’s most likely time and place of purchase, with their preferred product).

This module is the core of the platform. Its banking ledger system keeps track of all accounts and transactions, securely. At the heart of this module is the Re-Fi Rules Engine, which allows for smart and easy configuration and tracking of the Loyalty Programs, Promotion Campaigns and Trial Samplings, for individual brands.
This is a framework module for managing different Operative Systems a n d a u t o m a t i c a l l y c o n n e c t i n g communication across platforms. The system has full control of iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Web, Web app, SMS and Phone calling platforms. The driver of this module is the Re-Fi Blueprint Engine.
Account Management
The branding interface module is, as the name describes, where the interface and branding for each client is set through a streamlined design framework. The module allows for easy branding configuration and fast client service.
OS Control
This module allows for unlimited expansion of the platform by acting as the bridge and gate keeper to future modules. If, for example, a client wants to connect its Business Intelligence system to the consumer intelligence data flow from the Re-Fi platform, thereby merging data from all its sources, this is possible through the Integration API.
Branding Interface
The Re-Fi platform utilizes banking level security across the platform; from its 16-digits code generation to its double-length key encryption of the t ranspor ta t ion laye r and code validation. The 16-digits code is self-terminated upon use, after authenticity validation on the server.
