For VVS 2015, the location of the Exhibit Hall will improve by moving to the Omni Shoreham’s dedicated Exhibit Hall just beyond the Regency Ballroom landing. One reason for this change is the great benefit to all of our exhibitors. We are excited about this change which offers the following benefits to exhibitors:

This is an application to be an exhibitor. If approved, a registration form will be sent to confirm your exhibit space.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A 25% deposit is due within two weeks of application approval to reserve your exhibit booth. Payment may be made by check (payable to FRC Action) or major credit card. In order to receive the Early Bird rate, you must pay in full by May 29. If you have not paid in full by May 29th, the regular rates will apply. All balances for regular rates are due August 14. See Terms and Conditions for all booth-related information.

Terms and ConditionsH Refunds and/or exchanges will not be provided for services in which the exhibitor does not submit all items by

the required deadline.

H Names must be provided for all tickets during registration (exhibitor ticket registration form). Conference, meal and gala tickets are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved without the names of the attendees.

H FRC Action must approve all exhibitors, their literature, materials and products. A sample of all literature, materials and detailed description of products that each exhibitor wishes to display or sell must be received by FRC Action for approval by August 14.

H All exhibiting organizations are expected to display their organization in a professional manner. Any organization displaying or advocating values contrary to that of FRC Action, the event sponsors or other exhibitors will be asked to leave the event immediately and prohibited from exhibiting in the future. FRC Action reserves the right to deny or remove exhibitors at any time.

H No refunds will be given to exhibitors violating the terms and conditions set forth by FRC Action and the event sponsors.

H Discounts for Values Voter Summit 2015 exhibitors are not transferable.

H The conference passes included in the exhibit packages are not transferable and must only be used by employees or volunteers of the exhibiting organization.

H The exhibit hall is filled on a first-come, first serve basis, based on date of application received and date of payment received. All exhibit space and placement is at the discretion of FRC Action. Diagrams of placement of booths will be sent out prior to event to each exhibitor.
