com/group/rcos-at-rensselaer?hl=en (An invitation is sent out a week ago. If you did not receive it please let us know)

● Visit our website: http://rcos.rpi.edu

● Visit our chatroom: #rcos on irc.freenode.net . There are almost always 5 or so folks in the channel.

● We meet every Friday in Lally 104 at 12:00 pm during the semester. Please try to attend all meeting and share your knowledge

● Please do not use laptops during RCOS meetings!

First Tasks● Create a blog, a wiki and code repository for your project

● Start to prepare your first talk - an introduction to your project and schedule of work

● Read, understand, sign, and return the RCOS Conditions of Membership document

Other Information● We have recently been given laboratory space in Lally 102

○ Please share this space with others (be co-operative)○ Our office hours are on Tuesday 2-4:00 pm in AE 127

● We need peer mentors. Please volunteer if you have worked in RCOS for at least 3 semesters.

● Share your knowledge freely. This is how you gain reputation and fame!

● Please make a detailed schedule of your project (what you are going to accomplish - both goals and tasks).

● If you are working in groups, please meet with your group members and make sure everyone is involved.

Final Remarks

● Push your code sooner than later. Blog every week.

● Good luck with your work. Your hard work is the reason for the success of RCOS!
