Rationale This seminar is a collaboration of the Board of Ordained Ministry and the SPMCI Kidapawan Institute for Ecumenical Studies, Spiritual Formation, and Intercultural Spirituality (KInESIS). In this seminar, the participants will be able to articulate theories and practices of mediation and conflict transformation, and explore styles for managing conflict that is essential in the context of pastoral ministry. The participants who have satisfactorily completed the seminar and passed the requirements will be awarded with a one (1) unit credit Certificate of Completion of TheoKM 721 Theories and Praxis on Conflict Transformation, offered in the Master in Pastoral Ministry Program; TheoKB 314 Congregational Care offered in the Bachelor in Pastoral Ministry Program; and RE 7 Polity and the Practice of Ministry offered in the Bachelor of Religious Education Program by the Southern Philippines Methodist Colleges, Inc. through its KInESIS.
