Rationale This seminar is a collaboration of the Board of Ordained Ministry and the SPMCI Kidapawan Institute for Ecumenical Studies, Spiritual Formation, and Intercultural Spirituality (KInESIS). In this seminar, the participants will be able to articulate theories and practices of mediation and conflict transformation, and explore styles for managing conflict that is essential in the context of pastoral ministry.
