    What is REBT ?

    R = Rational... Most people realize that when they thinkmore rationally and reasonably, their life goes better. Sothis piece makes sense to them.

    E= Emotive Most people understand that their emotionsare affected by what happens to them and how they thinkabout those events.

    B = Behavior Most people accept that what they do(theirbehavior) affects how they think and feel.

    T = Therapybut it can also mean Teaching orTraining to overcome Irrational thoughts .
