Additional pages add $1 per standard size page. There is a 10,000 minimum quantity. Must be

delivered 5 working days prior to day of insertion. Due to lead times, order quantities for preprint

purchases is based on quarterly forecasted circulation. This forecasted quantity, at the time of

order, will also be the quantity used for billing. For zoned preprints if we receive a greater quantity

than required we will distribute the excess quantity to subscribers outside of the requested zone

and will bill for the quantity distributed.

Delivery hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by special arrangement. All preprints must be

shipped on pallets, skids, or in boxes, bundled in standard quantities and uniform turns. Allow 2%

spoilage for inserts not printed in-house.

Supported Graphic Files - PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPG - Grayscale/CMYK. We do not accept RGB color files for print ads.Depth Requirements - Ads over 18” in height will be billed at 21.5”. The gutter on a double truck isbilled as a full column.

All local retail rates are non-commissionable. Advertisements are sold on a cash-in-advance basis unless credit approval has been granted by the newspaper. Credit may be granted for qualified customers with an approved customer information credit form. The balance owed on advertising is due upon receipt. A 1.5% monthly late charge will be added to a delinquent balance remaining 30 days after statement date. Billing periods are calendar months. Advertiser agrees to hold newspaper harmless for all fees and expenses it may incur in enforcing payment of any amount during this agreement period, including attorney’s fees and costs of litigation.Debit/credit card handling standards: To comply with LCNI privacy guidelines, the newspaper will not accept debit/credit card information through fax, email, or voicemail. Please contact the newspaper directly.Political advertising and Going out of Business advertising is accepted only with payment in advance and must follow local and state regulations.

The publisher reserves the right to accept, classify, cancel, edit or reject any advertising copy submitted and to place the word “Advertisement” on any ad.None of the terms and conditions of this schedule may be altered except in a written form signed by an authorized manager of the Citrus County Chronicle.The publisher reserves the right to change any of the rates, discounts, conditions, production dates or specifications set out in the rate card in effect for any contract. If any advertiser fails to meet a contracted advertising level, the difference between the earned and the contracted rate will be billed to the customer.Advertisers will be furnished advertising proofs upon requests when advertising copy is submitted according to proof deadline.
