A Record of Vaccination will be provided to each student vaccinated at each clinic either as a physical card. The Record of Vaccination will be provided by NSW Health, not the school. Parents/caregivers should ensure that this record is kept for future reference and provide a copy to your local doctor.
Students who have a fever or cough will not be vaccinated, the nurse will perform a pre-vaccination assessment and determine the student’s suitability to be vaccinated.
If your child is absent or cannot receive the vaccination on Thursday 18th June, they will have another opportunity during term 4 2020 to receive the vaccination, depending upon COVID-19 restrictions at the time.
