Sunset Hot Sun

The Ramblas Paralel building features five apartments named Sea Blue. The Sea Blue apartments have a sun bathed terrace of about nine square meters which overlooks an inner courtyard, which guarantees that the apartment is isolated from the street noise.

The apartments are about 52 square meters and can comfortably lodge up to four persons. There is one bedroom with two single beds. The dining - liv-ing room features a table with chairs,

and a sofa that can be turned into a bed for two persons. The apartment also has one full bathroom with bath-tub.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee maker and kettle.

The apartment also features air condi-tioning, heating, TV, DVD player, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.

Blue Sea

The Ramblas Paralel building features five apartments named Theatre Ave-nue. The Theatre Avenue apartments have a three square meter balcony overlooking the street, where the most prestigious theatres in the city are located.

The apartments are about 75 square meters and can comfortably accom-modate up to six persons. There are two bedrooms, each of them is furnished with two single beds. The dining - living room features a table with chairs, and a sofa that can be turned into a bed for two persons. The apartment also has two full bath-rooms, one with a shower and a one with a bathtub.
